# Preparation for minting

### Auto Add Polygon network

If you haven't added the Polygon network. When you first connect your wallet to the site, you can add Polygon network settings automatically. Below are screenshots of how this happens on mobile devices.

After adding settings and connecting, you can make a purchase.

### Polygon network settings manually

For minting zombies (REZ) you need to choose the Polygon net. If Polygon is not in the list, then you need to add it. We go into the already installed wallet and perform the following actions:

**Video Guide**

Congratulations on the successful addition of the Polygon network to your wallet! You can mint zombies on the official website: <https://rezombies.com/#buy> and directly from the contract.&#x20;

{% hint style="danger" %}
When minting zombies directly from the contract, you must take into account that one element will require a gas limit: 280,000. if you mint, for example, 5 NFTs, then the gas limit must be multiplied by 5.
{% endhint %}

###

### Where to buy MATIC?

This can be done on exchangers.&#x20;

Choose which one is right for you:

* <https://www.binance.com/en/trade/MATIC_USDT?layout=pro>
* <https://www.huobi.com/en-us/exchange/matic_usdt>
* <https://www.gate.io/trade/MATIC_USD>

More exchangers can be found here:

* <https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/polygon#markets>

After purchasing MATIC, you need to send it to your MetaMask wallet. In the event that you have another cryptocurrency and tokens, you can use the bridge:

* <https://wallet.polygon.technology/bridge/> - In a few clicks, you can transfer your assets to the Polygon network.

To exchange your assets (for example, exchange ETH for MATIC) use DEX exchangers:

* <https://quickswap.exchange/#/swap>
* <https://app.sushi.com/swap>
* [https://swap.wault.finance/polygon/#/swa <br>](https://swap.wault.finance/polygon/#/swa)

{% hint style="danger" %}
For large exchange volumes, do not forget to look at the liquidity in the pool!
{% endhint %}
